UK chief rabbi guides Orthodox schools on supporting LGBT students

The strictest opposition to the LGBT movement was from conservative institutions and religions. They have usually been calling the LGBT individuals out as unnatural and have tried to lobby to restrict their rights.

 In these dark times of illogical opposition, the chief rabbi of Britain has taken to the podium and addressed the Jewish community to not ostracize those of the Jewish community on the basis of their sexual orientation, as that is not humane, rather the rabbi says in his published guidebook that Jewish community as a whole should be supportive of the disenfranchised community.

The rabbi talks further saying there should be zero tolerance for bullying of people on the basis of their sexual orientation, despite there being a clear biblical prohibition of acts of homosexuality. The aim being to remove inequality and inequity in the Jewish community for those of the LGBT community.
