National Institute of Nagaland emerges with the motto, “Education is Power” and it is also an institute of national importance. The institute was established in 2010. At this moment, the institute has no chairman and it will be appointed soon. However, its director is Dr. S. Venugoppal. 

The National Institute of Nagaland has been providing a superb sprauncy since its beginning and still, it is offering high quality education and all sorts of modern amenities for the students. At this moment, the national institute of Nagaland has over 400 students and it also has a spacious campus. The campus is spread across an area of 300 acres.

Apart from its curricular activities, the institute is also encouraging its students in various segments of sports including cricket, football, table tennis, volley ball, basket ball etc.
