Ashoka University is a private university and it was established in 2014. The university is specialized in providing higher education in liberal arts and it is affiliated with UGC and well-recognized by the Government of India and the government of Haryana.

Mr. Rudrangshu Mukharjee is acting as the chancellor of this university and Mr. Pratap Bhanu Mehra is the Vice chancellor. Located in Sonepat, Haryana, this university campus is spread over an area of 25 acres.

The university campus has different kinds of cultural and sports clubs. By the way, the infrastructure of this university is really something to appreciate and the campus is designed by a US designing firm, Perkins Eastman.
