Arunachal University of Studies is a private university located in Namsai. The university was established in 2012 and it has affiliation with UGC. Its chairman is A. L. Agarwal. Kamal Lochan is the Chancellor of this university and V. K. Kawatra is the Vice-chancellor. The university campus is rural in nature.

Arunachal university of studies are offering education in a variety of verticals. The university is located at the border of the Assam and Arunachal Pradesh and it is an important gateway to several prominent districts of Assam as well as Arunachal Pradesh.

The university has excellent communication and it is connected via NH-52 and NH-37 by road. By rail, it is closer to Tinsuka and by air, it is closer to Dibrugarh. The motto of this university is to prepare its students so that they could achieve their goals.
