Annamalai University is a state university and its motto is, “With courage and faith”. It is a public university and its chancellor is the Governor of Tamil Nadu. Dr. V. Murugesan is the Vice-chancellor of this university. The university campus is rural in nature and it is affiliated to UGC.THe university is located in Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu. 

Annamalai University has been ranked as the 801^st among all of the universities of the world. In total, the university has ten faculties. Here is a list of them.

Programs and Researches

• At the moment, the institution is offering UG, PG and Doctoral Research program and it has several schools and departments offering tantalizing tutoring experience.
• In addition, all of the facilities are equipped with first-rated tools and instruments so that the students could get the best out of them and the research scholars could conduct researches with utmost perfection.

• The campus area has all the modern amenities for the students. The departments have computer labs and their individual laboratories for conducting researches.
