About Us

At Little Trinity Creche and Montessori we are committed to providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment where each child is encouraged to actively pursue their own learning. This is facilitated by our fully qualified and experienced staff.

Little Trinity Crèche and Montessori is a purpose built full day child care facility in operation since 2007. We cater for children aged 3 months to 12 years old.

Each room has a daily routine providing a variety of activities for the children which includes baking, gardening, arts and crafts, music and table top activities. We also have a large outdoor play area where children can play in a safe and secure environment.

We believe in timely balanced intervention as well as support, continuity and progression to encourage positive attitudes towards learning. The programme of care for children at Little Trinity will reflect the child, their individuality and the need to value the child’s strengths and interests in the here and now.

The context of this learning is in a safe, secure, comfortable and stimulating environment providing facilities suited to age, needs and capabilities of the child in collaboration with qualified and experienced staff in partnership with parents. The context will also recognise the cultural requirements of individual children and their families.

Our Philosophy

Little trinity Crèche and Montessori is a purpose built full day child care facility in operation since 2007. We cater for children aged 3 months to 12 years old. At Little Trinity, our aim is to provide a caring, safe and loving environment where children can grow and develop and try new experiences with qualified staff. By providing a safe and nurturing environment where each child learns at their own rate, the children at Little Trinity develop a positive self-image confidence in their abilities and willingness to try new experiences.

We provide nutritional meals throughout the day and also provide breakfast. Our curriculum includes the following; Art & creative exploration, Music & Drama, an introduction to numeracy and literacy, Gardening, Science experiments, Baking, Outdoor play - football, basketball, rugby, swing set etc. Little Trinity is full of fun in a home away home environment.

All staff at Little Trinity are fully qualified in childcare and first aid and are Garda Vetted before they begin working here. The qualifications of staff members are; FETAC Level 5 and 6, Level 6 Montessori, BA (Hons) Degree in Early Childhood Studies and BA (Hons) Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care. Staff qualifications are displayed in their respective rooms and are available for parents to view at any time. Each room provides a daily routine of all age appropriate activities and these activities are displayed on the walls for parents to view.
