Dravidian University is a prolific public university situated in 1997 and it is located in Kuppam, Chittor, Andhra Pradesh. The university came in to existence in 1997 and during its launch, it began its operation with only two departments.

Right now, the university has 20 redolent academic departments and 6 fecund research centers. The chancellor of this excellent educational institute is Mr. E. S. L. Narasimhan, the honorable governor of Andhra Pradesh. Its vice chancellor is Prof. E. Sathyaanarayana.
