Eternal University is the second private university in Himachal Pradesh and it emerges with the motto, “World Peace through Value based Education”. This private university was established in 2008 and Baba Iqbal Singh is the Chancellor of this university. Prof. H. S. Dhaliwal is acting as the Vice-chancellor of this university.

The Eternal University has over 2,500 students and the university campus is located in Baru Shaib, Himachal Pradesh. The university campus is spacious and it is spread over a large area of 450 acres. At this moment, the university is offering graduate, post graduate and doctoral research courses.

A brief Overview of the institution

• At present, the institution is offering Under graduate and post graduate courses. It has several schools and departments offering outstanding tutoring experience. All of the facilities are equipped with first-rated tools and instruments, so that the students could get the best out of them with utmost perfection.
• The campus area has all the modern amenities for the students. It contains a vast computer lab. The library of this institution is well-distinguishably rich. It contains Wi-Fi zones for the students.
• The institution offers an e-portal of information for the students through their websites, so that the students could be up-to-dated with all essential information.  
• In addition, it also provides transportation for the students. Furthermore, the campus offers cafeteria and canteen as well. It has a medical facility available for the students. For better accommodation of the academic staffs and research scholars, it has separate residential buildings.  
• The institution also holds various seminars and workshops on a regular basis.
