Founded in 1849, Sacred Heart School of Halifax is a Catholic independent school with coed Junior Primary to Grade 6 and separate girls' and boys' high school programs. Our mission is to educate the whole child intellectually, spiritually, emotionally and physically in a caring environment. A challenging academic program, including Advanced Placement courses, fosters student development and nurtures a love of learning. A strong extracurricular program encourages varied interests and talents.
