Whittier’s Dual Language Program will provide a rigorous academic program that challenges each student to achieve academic excellence with biliterate competence. In partnering with CPS central office and community organizations to provide enrichment opportunities during the school day and in the extended hour, we will create a climate that fosters positive self-esteem, cross-cultural attitudes, individual dignity, cooperation and excellence.
