Overview
Little Scholars is a well known establishment in the heart of Dunboyne village. the popular creche has been successfully run by Lisa Byrne since 2001, when there was an essential need for childcare in the Dunboyne area. Since then we have had so many happy children pass through our doors.
We take pride in the fact that most of our staff have been part of the little scholars team since 2001. Our staff all share a close bond and have built up close relationships both in and outside working hours, we're not just a business but a family!
We offer care for babies up to school going children on a full or part time basis.
We also have sessional play school and montessori groups and are registered for the ECCE (Free pre school year) and CETS scheme to provide child care for parents in full time education.
We have 11 staff members here working every day to provide a safe, loving, homely and stimulating environment where each child has their needs met by our nurturing and well trained team.
We have build up very strong relationships with parents and children over the years and as a result we have acquired a lot of children through 'word of mouth'. We work closely with parents to ensure a high standard of child care is consistently maintained.
We have a large out door play area with soft flooring.
We offer a healthy eating policy and provide wholesome and nourishing meals everyday.
